Is talking therapy for you: walking, face to face, by video link or telephone?
May be it’s a need to share a trouble or worry from daily life, or a need to make sense of who you are from a deeper place within your being, if stress, strains, trauma or loss may have figured in your life?.
I am a qualified counsellor and therapist registered as a full member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), having trained at the Psychosynthesis Trust in London. I am in private practice, working from new Chilton, Nr Didcot, Oxon. This location is fairly close to Oxford to the north and Newbury to the south.
I offer a calm, safe and confidential space to explore and unfold your life experiences, seeing you as a unique individual with meaning, purpose and potential. We can explore the possibilities, goals and aspirations as well as everyday struggles, blocks and dis-ease which may be with you at this time on a fixed or open ended arrangement. We can also consider these issues from a deeper place within your being depending upon how you wish to use the sessions.
Psychosynthesis has a transpersonal element, so there is the potential for a spiritual aspect to the work undertaken, but adaptive to your own personal or cultural believes.
Issues which you may wish to bring from these experiences might include: stress, anxiety, anger, depression, addiction, trauma and loss to name a few.
Whatever you choose to bring to the sessions, by working in this way you will be embarking on a journey of self-discovery, development and healing in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space.
